Maintenance Requests

How to report maintenance issues at your rental property.

From time to time, maintenance issues can arise in any property. Reporting problems early helps ensure repairs are resolved quickly and prevents minor issues from becoming more serious.

Tenants can submit maintenance requests through the tenant portal or by contacting the Tenant Services Team.

This page explains how to report a maintenance issue and what to do if an urgent repair occurs.

Reporting a Maintenance Issue

If something at your property needs repair, report it as soon as possible through:

  • The PIA Tenant Portal

Please include:

  • Property address
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if possible)
  • When the issue started

Urgent Repairs

Some issues are classified as urgent repairs under NSW tenancy legislation and require immediate attention.

If an urgent repair occurs, please contact the PIA Tenant Services Team immediately.
