Justin Wang is the Founder and Managing Director of Property Investors Alliance and one of Australia’s respected property investment strategists and real estate leaders.

Arriving in Australia over 20 years ago with no capital or connections, Justin built PIA from the ground up through discipline, long-term thinking, and a deep understanding of Sydney residential property.

Under his leadership, PIA has evolved into a structured, multi-division real estate platform managing thousands of residential properties and supporting clients across sales, leasing, and long-term asset management.

With over two decades of experience across property development, investment strategy, sales, leasing, and management, Justin has been directly involved in the oversight of thousands of residential transactions representing billions of dollars in residential assets.

His insights on market cycles, investor behaviour, and long-term wealth creation are widely followed, particularly within the Australian Chinese business and investor community.

Justin is also the founder of Justin Club, PIA’s investor education and wealth community designed to support disciplined long-term growth.
