Our History
2005
PIA began in a small office, driven by a big vision: from property to prosperity.
2010
PIA’s 5th year marked a major leap forward with AUD 250 million in sales — proving that its vision for investment-led property services was gaining powerful traction in the market.
2015
PIA moved into its 7,000m² self-owned headquarters at 2 Australia Avenue, showcasing strength and deep Sydney roots, with sales surpassing $1.7 billion, officially leading the market.
2020
With $2.7 billion in sales — 0.1% of Australia’s GDP — PIA secured 11% of NSW’s new home market, marking a new chapter of scale and strength.
2022
PIA strategically extended it’s ecosystem with the launch of Proxima__ enabling us to shift focus toward post purchase services including property management & high performance resales.
2025
With the ongoing evolution of property management systems and the launch of Justin Club, anew chapter begins driving innovation and partnerships and unlocking limitless future possibilities.
